Michael Jackson's autopsy report revealed shocking details about his physical state. He had no hair on his nape, had bruises on his body and suffered broken ribs. Doctors found that his stomach had no food but only pills in semi-dissolved state.

Pop Star Michael Jackson's autopsy report, which was leaked, has made some startling revelations about the singer's physical condition and health. 

Jackson , the leaked details say, was in a emaciated condition and resembled a virtual skeleton. At the time of his death, the pop star had no food in his stomach but only pills, to which he is said to be addicted, reports said. 

Michael Jackson had no hair on his nape, had bruises on his body and suffered broken ribs. Needle wounds could be seen all over his body as he was allegedly addicted to narcotic painkillers, a report said.

Shocking details about his health were found, after an autopsy was performed on him at the Los Angeles Coroner's office. 

Doctors found that singer's stomach had no food but only pills in a semi-dissolved state. The singer is reported to have died after he had a painkiller injected into his body. 

So frail was the body of Jackson that his ribs got broken, when rescuers tried to resuscitate him, immediately after the heart attack. He also suffered injuries, when the medical team tried to inject adrenaline directly into the pop icon's heart.
